  While visiting Waynesville, we noticed the reviews on Google and decided to give it a try....were we glad we did. While I agree with a previous review that it is not the best looking place, the food was good as were the prices. We had the pulled pork BBQ which was very good as were several of the sauces we tried. The fries were very good and the fried green tomatoes were excellent. Also noticed an A/96 inspection rating on the restaurant. We will definitely try it next time we are in the area to try more of their menu.

  Best Barbeque ever. I have never had such good bbq in my life. I have been to St. Louis and had their ribs, and they were great. These are better. I had half a rack of ribs and my girlfriend had the pulled pork sandwich. I can honestly say I am a barbeque man and it is my favorite food, so I am very hard to please. They hit a home run and get an A+. Sweet tea was great! They have great service as well. I cant believe I have never been here in all the years I have known about it. It is easy to miss because it is a large house converted into a restaurant, but it has actually quite a lot of room inside and you would never know it sitting inside. I actually prefer the setup they have now, because it was nice to sit in the place and not feel cramped but still have a comfortable feel to it. Great atmosphere, and great everything. Way better than fat buddies, or any other place I have been to in Haywood county. They are even better than 12 bones in Asheville! I never would write this if I had a mediocre experience. I will be going to my new favorite restaurant as often as possible now. Just go there and you will see what I am talking about.
